This policy applies to all services offered by EnSoyDesign, including graphic design, branding, and visual communication for hospitality businesses.

First and last name, email address, phone number, company name and job title, address details, information you provide via contact forms or email messages, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and browsing behaviour on our website.

We use your personal data for the following purposes: fulfilling agreements and delivering our graphic design services, responding to your questions and requests, sending quotations and invoices, improving our website and services, and complying with legal obligations.
We do not process your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data collected through contact forms is retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless a business relationship is established. After the retention period expires, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
